A database driver for time or numeric based data series

Product Summary

Sometimes you want to report on data that isn't there, or if your data isn't structured in the way your report requires. For example, you want to look at every hour for the previous week, and see what records started, finished or were in transit for each time interval. If your database only stores start and arrival times, then it's difficult to keep track of the time periods where you want to know how many active records there are, even if none started or arrived in that interval. This is a common requirement for accommodation reports in hotels or hospitals, or call centre reports with each call having a open and close time.

Use CrystalCALENDAR to build a series of records with a start date/time, end date or time and the interval. It can generate records that increase every hour, day or month. Then you can use a sub report to fetch the records from your application database.

Product Installation

CrystalCALENDAR is easy to use and works with Crystal Reports 8.5 and later. It requires the COM data connector.
