1 May: Which direction to go?

A local client has a problem with managing their clients.  They currently use a web based solution, but it seems limited in the reports and automated alerts it delivers.

A CRM is a application that delivers different things for different people.  Do we install an in house application like Act! or go for a web based CRM?  How will these integrate with their iPhone and Android tablets?   Watch this space to see what direction we end up going.
