Export UFL - Product

If you need your Crystal Report to export to a CSV, Character Delimited or XML file format, use the CrystalKiwi Export UFL to build those files. It can build multiple files from within one report, or you can use it to control the creation of one export file from multiple reports. It can email a message with personalized data or send (and retrieve) files from a FTP server.
Email functions include the ability to send a txt or HTML file and then to edit selected tags and replace them with values from database fields or formulas. We have also included a set of ExportTable... functions that build a dynamic table inside a HTML message.
The File and Folder functions enable you to move files, create folders, check they exist or even delete them if required.
If you need to use several reports from several different databases to create a combined CSV (or XML or some other character delimited text file format) you can load that file into the export work area of the UFL and then use the formulas to modify some of the columns. Then use another report from another data source, to load the file back into the work area, and to modify another set of columns. The final result is one export file from multiple reports.
The Export UFL is easy to use and works with Crystal Reports 6.0 and later.
